Cities that grow on the fault of the common man may seem to the money-laundering silent force in a normally rotating economy, money that is easier to find than income that responds to challenges faster than that, but behind that convenience is being deeply rooted in the Thai economy slowly.
When a city becomes a warehouse, notice in a neighborhood with buildings, fireplaces, or luxury projects that have no real people, that is, a trail of fake money bought to hide wealth, not bought to use or develop any kind of building, these buildings do not create jobs, do not spend, do not revolve the economy as a whole, resulting in a city that seems alive but is actually dying.
Any city that receives the wrong income, gives better results than the right effort, will gradually lose its motivation to develop itself unwittingly, even when it comes time to ask society again, we will let our city become a hiding place of money or call it the value of rebuilding because whenever property is not used to build people but is hidden as capital, then the city will start to be built before we know it.
