The launch of Gemini for Education at ISTE 2025 is to push AI into the classroom fully by introducing more than 30 AI-enabled apps that help teachers and students benefit from AI safely and effectively. Gemini for Education offers free service to users of Google Workspace for Education, encompassing features that help students from learning planning to thinking about activities to creating personalized learning media for students. Google also offers new AI-enabled apps such as the Google Notebook LM that helps teachers create an internet-enabled learning guide based on learning documents and the feature Along in Classroom that is used as a companion to the Google Workspace for Education.
