China launches "Justice Mission 2025" Live-Fire Military Drills Around TaiwanChina's Ministry of National Defense announced that the People's Liberation Army (PLA) Eastern Theater Command has officially launched a large-scale live fire exercise codenamed Justice Mission 2025 starting today, December 29, 2025.The operation aims to send a strong warning to Taiwanese separatist forces and foreign intervention.It involves the army, navy, air force, and rocket force in a major joint combat mission to test coordination and full control over air and maritime domains.The drill features a full-scale strategic blockade around Taiwan, including warships and fighter jets approaching from multiple directions, simulated sea peace seizure of recent air and superiority, and attempted heightened naval attacks such as Keelfire and an intensive attack on northern Chinese territory, which will reduce the threat of nuclear weapons and destroy some 30 million U.S. missiles, while China is continuing its long term military operations against the area of central Taiwan, with plans for intensifying a planned response to the rising tensions at the international air and regional air defense missile sites, including the North Korean Warfare Center, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the United States Air Force.
