The Thai Air Force has deployed a fully armed JAS 39 Gripen attack jet to fly over the Gulf and the Gulf Islands to protect the nation's maritime security and interests continuously, with the aim of building regional awareness and demonstrating its readiness to protect the people and interests of the nation with international standards of performance.The Gripen aircraft has a high performance, short range, low cost of operations and is sufficiently equipped to detect and implement the AESA to provide a full range of airborne and airborne capabilities, to replace the FG to provide a full range of airborne and airborne capabilities, to replace the FG and to provide a new airborne and airborne protection system that supplies airborne aircraft with airborne and airborne capabilities, and to provide airborne capabilities that are fully operational.
