China Sends Emergency Humanitarian Aid to Cambodia Amid Border TensionsAt 11:00 a.m. today (December 28, 2025), an Air China Cargo Boeing 747-4FTF (400F), flight CAO10903, registration B-2475, landed at Techo International Airport in Kandal Province. The aircraft had flown directly from Shanghai to Phnom Penh. Interestingly, flight-tracking data on Flightradar24 showed no set destination (“No Destination”) until the aircraft touched down.Shortly after the landing, the Chinese government officially announced the delivery of emergency humanitarian assistance to Cambodia.
