Tensions in the Middle East have escalated further after President Donald Trump announced to Air Force One that the United States will not open negotiations with Iran's government, threatening it would not stop until its military and leadership were completely wiped out.
Trump noted that a continuing air strike could make negotiations no longer necessary, adding that the war may end because there is not enough left to say "give up". Meanwhile he denied responsibility for the Iranian school shooting that claimed more than 100 students' lives and said it was caused by Iran's own imprecise weapons.
On the Iranian side, President Ma'sud Pesheqyan has issued a statement condemning neighboring countries affected by an attack on US military bases but insisted on rejecting Trump's call to surrender unconditionally and backtracking as "the American dream".
Violence in the region continued to escalate as Israel escalated its attack on Hezbollah in Lebanon, with a peak of nearly 300 deaths within one week while Tehran was shaken by the sound of repeated explosions.Israel claimed to have destroyed several lighthouses and command centers but Iran has already revealed casualties above 1,300.
Such a situation shocked the global economy after the closure of the Gulf Stream, causing oil prices to peak for years in oil producing nations such as Kuwait, Iraq and Qatar began to slow down production while Saudi Arabia warned Tehran that it might retaliate if further attacks on its energy infrastructure continued
Currently, a group of hardline pastors in Iran are calling for an appointment meeting to be held by Sunday but diplomatic signals have not yet appeared that will help clear this long and directionalized war.
